A home away from home

At Cadbury Castle Boarding Cattery in Mid Devon, we provide comfortable, spacious pet accommodation at competitive prices. All cats are housed in spacious, individually heated chalets, with windows and window shelves. Each cat has its own adjoining covered exercise area, with a sunning shelf, and a scratching log. We also offer family sized chalets that are perfect for accommodating up to four cats. There are sneeze barriers between adjoining runs so that there is no direct contact between any two cats even though they can see each other. All cats are fed twice a day. We look forward to welcoming your pet!

Leave your cat in our care

Our aim is to provide your cat with a comfortable experience while they're staying with us. We are happy to cater for individual diets, and give additional attention to elderly cats, kittens and those with special needs. 

While we provide beds and vet bedding to all cats, you are welcome to bring your cat or kitten's sleeping basket and any other bedding that they may be used to. From outdoor runs to spacious chalets and more, we have got it all covered.

A few things to remember:

  • All cats require an up to date certificate of vaccination against Feline Enteritis and influenza which must be produced at the time of boarding
  • Cats suspected of suffering from an infectious or contagious disease cannot be accepted
  • Adult male cats must be neutered
  • Veterinary attendance is assured where necessary
  • Any treatment prescribed by a veterinary surgeon prior to boarding can be continued during the cats' stay
  • All cats need to be de-flead before arriving at the cattery
